working as Junior Assistant, O/o the MEO, Savalyapuram, Guntur
District, in relaxation of lower age limit – Permission – Accorded -

Minutes/Recommendations of the meeting of the Standing Committee of the Officers held on 02.04.2025.

ORDER :
In the circumstances reported by the Director of School Education, in his letters 2nd and 3rd read above and as per the recommendations of the Standing Committee of the Officers held on 02.04.2025, Government after careful examination of the matter,
hereby accord permission to the Director of School Education, to
provide appointment on compassionate grounds, to Sri Kancharla Sairam S/o (late) Nageswara Rao, whose mother Smt. Vinukonda Anjamma expired on 22.01.2005 while working as Junior Assistant, O/o the MEO, Savalyapuram, Guntur District, in relaxation of lower age limit as prescribed under Rule 12 of APSSS Rules 1996, subject to fulfillment of all other stipulated conditions as provided in rules with regard to compassionate appointment.
2. The Director of School Education, shall take further necessary action accordingly, in the matter.
