Sub: Elections-General Elections to the House of People, 2024 - Attendance Certificate to the Participates in MP Election - Makthal Constituency Narayanpet district - Preservation of ELs - Orders issued.

2. The Collector & District magistrate & District Election Officer, Narayanpet, vide Procgs.No.C6/47/86/2023, Dated: 04.05.2024

3. Note Orders of the Collector & District Magistrate, Narayanpet Dt:20.05.2024

On the basis of the instructions contained under the reference 1st to 3rd cited, the Collector & District Magistrate, Narayanpet is pleased to preserved the Earned Leaves to the attended Polling personal (1344) for Election duty of the concerned as shown in the Annexure enclosed, who are prevented from availing summer vacations as they have attended in General MP Election May-2024.

Therefore all the Head of the Institutions, Headmasters and Mandal Educational Officers concerned are hereby instructed to preserve the Earned Leaves (05) days to the POs/APOs and ELs (04) days to the OPOs and relevant entries made in the SR of the individuals.

Necessary entries should be made in the Service register of the individuals.

The receipt of these proceedings should be acknowledged.
