The attention of the Regional Joint Directors of School Education, Hyderabad & Warangal and all the District Educational Officers in the State is invited to the references read above.
They are informed that Parent Teacher Meeting for the month of April, 2024 is to be held on 23.04.2024 in all Government & Local body Schools, KGBVs, Urban Residential Schools, TS Model Schools and TREIS Schools in the State as per guidelines issued in the reference 1st read above. The theme of this Parent Teacher Meeting is Issuing of Online Progress Cards & Engaging Children During Summer Holidays.In this context, they are requested to ensure the following.
i) Prior intimation to parents by sending invitation in writing through the students of the School by HMs well in advance to invite them for PTM indicating time and date of the PTM in order to ensure 100% participation by parents as role of parents is crucial for academic growth of their children.
ii) To connect the school with society in general and in particular with the major stake holders of school i.e., parents.
iii) To get the support of Parents to improve enrollment for the academic year 2024-25.
iv) To involve parents as key stake holders in school developmental activities and for academic growth of the students and the Institution.
v) HMs shall specially focus on parents who did not turn up so far for PTMs and to ensure their attendance.
vi) As most of the parents in Rural Area engaged in agriculture work and in Urban Areas are engaged with other works, it is suggested that the PTM may be held at a convenient time to enable the parents to attend the Meeting. vii) During the Parent Teachers Meeting the Headmasters/Teachers shall declare the results and issue the online progress cards of the students studying class I to class IX of the academic year 2023-24.
viii) To discuss the suggestive brochure on precautions during summer and on engaging children by parents during vacation, which is made available in app and share it with parents through WhatsApp And to make a small voice message of the same at school level and share it for effective communication.
ix) To issue library books to students to encourage reading habits during vacation with proper acknowledgement. These books are to be collected on the day of reopening.
x) To highlight the importance of "water conservation in the in school as well as home..
xi) HMs shall record minutes of meeting.
xii) After conduct of Parent Teachers Meeting HM shall enter the details of Parent Teachers Meeting in the School Education Telangana mobile App.
a. Date of PTM Conducted.
b. Methods of inviting Parent
c. Total enrollment of the School.
d. No. of targeted Parents.
e. No. of parents attended.
xiii) HM shall upload the photos of Parent Teachers Meeting and minutes of the meeting in the School Education Telangana APP.
Therefore, all the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to issue necessary instructions to the MEOs and HMs of all Government & Local body Schools for smooth conduct of Parent Teacher Meeting in all Government & Local body Schools in the district for the month of April, 2024 on 23.04.2024 on the theme of Issuing of Online Progress Cards & Engaging Children During Summer Holidays as mentioned above duly ensuring Model Code of Conduct in view of General Elections to House Of People (Lok Sabha)-2024without giving any scope of complaint.
Further, all monitoring officials at Mandal, District and State Level under School Education Department have to attend the PTMs without fail to ensure effective conduct of PTMs.
This should be treated as Most Important.

Precautions to be taken in Summer Holidays
వేసవి సెలవుల్లో పిల్లలు పాటించవలసిన జాగ్రత్తలు
• ఆరు బయట కేవలం ఉదయం మరియు సాయంకాలం మాత్రమే ఆడుకోవాలి. మధ్యాహ్నం పూట ఆరు బయట ఆడవద్దు.
చెట్టు కింద లేక కొంత నీడ ఉన్నచోట మాత్రమే ఆడుకోవాలి.
• పెద్దల పర్యవేక్షణ లేకుండా చెరువులు, బావులు, నదుల దగ్గరికి వెళ్ళకూడదు.
• తరచుగా మంచినీరు త్రాగాలి. నిమ్మ షర్బత్, కొబ్బరి నీళ్లు వంటి ద్రవపదార్థాలు కూడా తీసుకోవచ్చును.
• ఇంట్లో తయారుచేసిన తాజా ఆహారాన్ని మాత్రమే తినాలి.
• శరీరానికి గాలి తగిలేలా పలుచని కాటన్ దుస్తులను ధరించాలి.
• బయటికి వెళ్లినప్పుడల్లా గొడుగు లేక టోపీని ధరించాలి, మంచినీళ్ళ సీసాను వెంట తీసుకువెళ్లాలి.

• బొమ్మలు, పెయింటింగులు వేయండి!
• మీ అభిరుచి మేరకు అందుబాటులో ఉన్న వస్తువులతో క్రాఫ్ట్ వర్క్ చేయండి!
పాఠశాల నుండి తెచ్చుకున్న లైబ్రరీ పుస్తకాలను తప్పనిసరిగా చదవండి
• తగినంత విశ్రాంతి తీసుకోండి!
వేసవి సెలవులలో పిల్లలతో గడపడానికి తల్లిదండ్రులకు సూచనలు:
పిల్లలతో సంభాషణ: తప్పనిసరిగా పిల్లలతో మాట్లాడాలి. వారి రోజు ఎలా గడిచింది తెలుసుకోవచ్చును. వారికి సంతోషము, బాధ, కోపం కలిగించిన సంఘటనలేమిటి మొదలైన విషయాల గురించి సంభాషణ చేయవచ్చును. 1
పిల్లలు స్క్రీన్ తో అనగా ఫోన్లు, టీవీ తో గడిపే సమయాన్ని వీలైనంత తగ్గించండి. ఈ సమయాన్ని లైబ్రరీ నుండి తెచ్చుకున్న కథల పుస్తకాలతో గడిపేలా ప్రోత్సహించండి
రోజువారీ కార్యక్రమాలలో పిల్లలను భాగస్వామ్యులను చేయండి. ఉదా: మొక్కలకు నీళ్లు పోయడం, వంటపనిలో, ఇల్లు శుభ్రం చేసుకోవడంలో సహాయం చేయడం.
మీ పిల్లలతో నిర్మాణాత్మకంగా, సంతోషంగా గడపడానికి ఆరు సలహాలు
1. పిల్లలతో కలిసి ఆటలు ఆడటం.
2. పిల్లలకు కథలు చెప్పటం వారు చెప్పిన కథలు వినటం.
3. అంకెలతో ఆటలు, పనులు చేయడం.
4. వంటకు సంబంధించిన తేలికైన పనులలో పిల్లలు పాల్గొనడం.
5. పిల్లలతో కలిసి చదవడం, పిల్లలు చదవడానికి ప్రోత్సహించడం. అందుబాటులో ఉన్న వార్తాపత్రికలు ప్రకటనల బోర్డులు చదివించడం, పాఠశాల నుండి తెచ్చుకున్న లైబ్రరీ పుస్తకాలని, లేక స్థానిక లైబ్రరీ నుండి తెచ్చుకున్న పుస్తకాలని చదవ చదవడం, చదివించడం, వాటి గురించి చర్చించడం.
6. పిల్లలతో కలిసి టీవీలో వార్తా ప్రసారాలు చూడడం, రేడియోలో వార్తలు వినటం. వాటి గురించి చర్చించడం.
