Sub:-School Education - Change Of School Timings during Ramadan -2024 to the Urdu Medium Govt., Aided Schools and DIET colleges in the state - Certain instructions issued-Reg.

Read:-1.Lr.No STUTS/18/2024, Dt: 29.02.2.2024 from President and Genaral Secretary, the State Teachers' Union Telangana State (STUTS). 2.Lr.No.33/UTA-TS/2024, Dt: 22.02.2024 from President and General Secretary Urdu Teachers Association (UTA-TS).

The attention of RJDSES, Hyderabad and Warangal, all the District Educational Officers, and Principals DIETs in the state are hereby informed that change the school timings from 08.00 AM to 1.30 PM during the holy month of RAMADAN which is commencing from 12.03.2024 to 11.04.2024 and they are instructed to

implement the above timings during the Ramadan Month in all Urdu Medium school,

Urdu medium sections of parallel medium school and Urdu Medium sections of

DIETs in the state.

Further, the DEOs shall instruct the concerned school Headmasters to compensate the loss of working hours due to change of timings by working one extra day in case of Upper primary schools and secondary schools in case of Primary schools, they should work extra half an hour on two working days, as was done last year.
