AP - Filling up of the post of Assistant Directors in the State – Preparation of Tentative Seniority list of Superintendents/ Auditors/ Managers working in the State

Sub:  School Education – Filling up of the post of Assistant Directors in the State – Preparation of Tentative Seniority list of Superintendents/ Auditors/ Managers working in the State – Certain particulars called for – Regarding.

 While communicating a copy of the tentative seniority list of (45) Superintendents/Auditors/Managers in the State, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education in the State are hereby requested to go through the tentative seniority list of Superintendents/Auditors/Managers in the State and furnish the below information for taking further necessary action in the matter. 

a. Updated/latest information with regard to passing of the Departmental Examinations; 

b. Disciplinary charges pending, if any.

c. To furnish the updated Original Service Registers of the individuals concerned with all relevant entries.

 d. To furnish the Annual Confdential Reports (ACRs) in original for the 05 years (i.e., from 2017-18 to 2021-22) prior to the panel year (i.e., present panel year 2022-23) with the signature and stamp of the concerned reporting ofcer. If already furnished, then submit xerox copies. 

Therefore, all Regional Joint Directors of School Education in the State are hereby requested to furnish the above information on or before 20 .3.2024 for taking further course of action in the matter.
