Sub: School Education - Siddipet District Retirement permission of certain teachers on attaining the age of superannuation during the year 2024 Orders Issued.

In view of the certain teachers retiring on the attaining the age of superannuation during the year 2024 and under the provisions laid down in the Telangana Public Employment (Regulation of Age of Superannuation) Act 1984, the teachers (82) (Annexure enclosed) are hereby permitted to retire from service on attaining the age of superannuation during the year 2024 with effect from the dates mentioned against their names at Column (7) at annexure.
The retirement permission now accorded to the above said teachers is subject to the following conditions:
1. The HMs/School Complex HM's/MEOs concerned should ensure that no charges are pending against the individuals.
2. Without prejudice to the charges pending if any.
3. The date of birth should be verified and ensure that the individuals are attaining the age of superannuation.
4. Without prejudice to recovery of excess paid if any.
Therefore, the MEOS/School Complex HMs/HMs concerned are requested to relieve the individuals with effect from the dates mentioned above and report compliance. The pension papers may be processed accordingly.
Receipt of these proceedings should be acknowledged.
