All the Headmasters of Govt. & ZP High Schools, Special Officers of KGBVS, Principals of Model Schools & TSRIES are here by informed that, it is planned to conduct special classes during morning and evening for X class students to prepare for upcoming SSC exams. From 01.11.2023 onwards already one special class have been taken up in the morning from 8.30 AM to 9.30 AM in order to complete the syllabus. Now it is decided to conduct daily two special Classes, one in the morning from 8.30 AM to 9.30 AM and the other in the evening from 4.45 PM to 5.45 PM as per schedule annexed from 03.01.2024 onwards. In this connection all the Head of the Institutions are requested to follow the schedule scrupulously and instructions stated below.
Instructions:
1) The Head of the institution should take special care in conducting special classes and to supervise regularly.
2) Ensure the attendance of all students and the subject teacher in time to the class.
3) Special attention should be paid on the performers and Teachers support group during the special classes (As per Lakshya).
4) Create awareness on presentation of answers in the examination and principals of evaluation.
5) Proper attention should be paid on each student while conducting special classes.
6) All the students should be adopted by all the teachers in the school.
7) During the study hour, subject teacher have to allot specific topic/topics to the students for preparation.
8) The subject Teacher have to prepare the children in the evening study hour and to conduct a small test in the morning study hour keeping in view of the SSC Public Examination.
9) To evaluate the answer scripts regularly and to give proper guidance to the children.
10) To review the progress of the children regularly with parents.
11) In regular periods to complete the syllabus if any left over and to revise the syllabus if completed.
Any deviation in this matter will be viewed seriously.
