All the Mandal Educational Officers/FLN Nodal Officers & School Complex Head Masters are instructed to conduct PS &UPS/HS level (subject wise) School Complex Meetings from 5-12-2023 to 8-12-2023 as per your convenient dates.
The School complex Head Masters are informed to decide and intimate to all teachers for PS/UPS level School complex Meetings and High school level subject wise School complex meetings as per agenda and send the same to the District Educational Officer.
For these meetings MEO/MNO/Mandal level RPs/CPD members shall attend in the mandal the details of school complex meeting should be uploaded in School Education app review tracker
Agenda items for Primary:
➤ Sharing school wise class room observations by School Complex HM/Nodal officer.
➤ Discussion and review of Students attendance/absentisum and also children performance.
➤ Preparation & Display of TLM, children writing/creative writing & sharing best practices.
➤ Discussion on period plans & Planning for teaching
➤ Effective utilization of worksheets, (Text book, Work book, Period plan alignment)
➤ Demonstration of lessons @1 per subject followed by reflections.
A Discussion on contemporary issues related to education
➤Doubts clarification on Student tracker app & other apps.
➤Discussion on the measures taken to make the FLN even more successful.
➤ Plan of action for the next meeting.
➤ Duscussion on Teachers guiding, Teachers support group students while practicing workbooks and regular correction of workbooks.
Agenda items for High schools:
➤ To discussion on the Monthly progress of student in detail conducting tests and recording the result uploading in app, objectives of the Unnathi, Lakshya such as teaching period and practive period steps are to be discussed in detailed.
➤ Teachers should share their experiences and also innovative activities implemented in their schools.
Discuss about the TLM used during Teaching, Learning process.
Discuss about the Library, Laboratory, IFP and other digital resources utilization
Model lesson is to be conducted based on the period plans prepared.
Exhibit the the students best practices in School Complex meetings.
Discussion on the measures taken to improve the Learning skills of slow leareners.
Discussion to improve Reading skills in the Secondary level students, Library books &period

Therefore, Mandal Educational Officers/FLN Nodal Officers & School Complex Head Masters are
instructed to conduct PS &UPS/HS level (subject wise)School Complex Meetings 5-12-23 to8-12-23,
without fail.
The school complex Head Masters should run the meeting creatively, lively as per agenda with
100% attendance of all teachers from 9.30 AM to 4.45 PM without any deviation and submit
compliance report to the under signed as per prescribed guidelines.
