The under mentioned Mandal Educational Officers & Head Masters (Annexure appended) are invited to the reference 3d read above, wherein the Government have issued instructed to take necessary action on the orders of the Hon'ble High Court, TS, Hyderabad in WP No. 17901 of 2017 order dated. 25.11.2022, WP No. 18197 of 2017 order dated. 25.11.2022 and WP No. 35577 of 2022 order dated. 14.09.2022 and in other similar cases, keeping in view of the orders rendered by the Hon'ble High Court inWP No. 21193 of 2017 Dated. 29.06.2017 duly following the rules in consultation with Govt Pleader for Services.1.

Accordingly vide reference 5 read above, the Government Pleader, Services.1 High Court Hyderabad has given Opinion to implement the orders passed by the Hon'ble High Court Orders in WP No.17901/2017, WP No. 18197/2017, WP No.35577/2022, WP No.32532/2014, WP No.33170/2022, WP No.35075/2022, WP No.34585/2022, WP No. 14999/2014, WP No. 14941/2014, WP No.32132/2022, WP No.14791/2014, WP No.39242/2022, WP No.32880/2014, WP No.4918/2017, WP No.2048/2023, WP No.32882/2014, WP No.42658/2022 & W.P.No.36628/2022 in CC No. 1973 of 2023 to avoid further legal complication.

In compliance to the orders of the Hon'ble High Court, The Mandal Educational Officers & Head

Masters concerned are instructed to implement the orders of the Hon'ble High Court in WP No.33170/2022,

WP No.35075/2022, WP No.14971/2014, WP No.42658/2022(shown in the annexure appended) of the teachers working in Khammam District duly consider conferment of seniority of the teachers on par with the candidates who have been selected and appointed pursuant of DSC 2002 and the (17) Petitioners in the said W.P's are entitled for notional fixation of Pay also from 17-10-2002 and monetary benefits only from the date of their appointment to avoid further legal complication in the matter and submit compliance immediately accordingly.

The Mandal Educational Officers and Head Masters concerned are requested to take action
