In the reference 1st & 2nd cited above, the Director of School Education, TS Hyderabad and Director TOSS, Hyderabad have issued instructions and requested to preserve the Earned leave for Teaching and Non-Teaching staff who were drafted for the SSC Public Exams April, 2022 and SSC & Intermediated (TOSS) Public Examinations, April & May, 2023 during the summer vaction of 2022 and 2023 as per the provisions under rule 82 of Telangana Fundamental Rules and other instructions issued by the Director of School Education time to time in the matter subject to condition that the chief superintendent should certify the attendance.
Further it is informed that, if any irregularities noticed in preservation of Earned leave and in violation of rules, necessary disciplinary action will be initiated against the Head Master concerned as per (CCA) Rules-1991.
Therefore, the Headmasters Concerned are directed to take action accordingly.
