All the District Educational officers in the state are informed that, as you are aware that the State School Profile & Infrastructure and Student Info details have been collected on UDISE+ national portal i.e., http://udiseplus.gov.in and Teaching & Non-Teaching staff data has been collected on State portal and 100% data submitted to the MoE, Gol, New Delhi.
Further it is informed that, (70,31,952) students data verified in UDISE+ portal out of which (8,25,104) students are not having aadhar, (29,23,436) students aadhar validation success and (32,82,412) students aadhar validation failed due to mismatch of Name, Surname, Gender, Date of Birth, etc.
In view of the above, all the District Educational Officers in the state are requested to instruct the concerned Head Masters and Principals of Junior Colleges to validate the data available in the portal by verifying students information with their Aadhar details and also informed that the student Name, Sumame, Gender, Date of Birth should be same in school records as per the Aadhar, if required necessary corrections shall be made in UDISE+ portal and school records by 12th July, 2023.
