All the RJDSES and DEOS in the state are hereby informed that vide reference cited, SCERT has conducted a 3-day State Level Training Programme for Primary Teachers on Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) from 13th July to 15th July, 2023 at TSIRD, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad. In accordance with this, District Level and Mandal Level Trainings are to be conducted to disseminate the State Level Training. The District Level and Mandal Level trainings are scheduled as follows:
a) District Level Trainings
Planning meeting related to district level training on 18.07.2023.
Training to Mandal Level Resource Persons @6 per Mandal (2 for each subject i.e. Telugu, English, Mathematics) from 19.07.2023 to 21.07.2023. Training to all Urdu medium teachers shall be conductedin two spells at District
Level (except Hyderabad district).
Spell-1: 19.07.2023 to 21.07.2023-Urdu & Maths subjects
Spell-2: 24.07.2023 to 26.07.2023 - English
b) Mandal Level Trainings
Planning meeting related to mandal level training on 22.07.2023.
Mandal Level training for all Telugu / English medium teachers shall be
conducted for 2 days in 3 spells
Spell-1: 24.07.2023 to 25.07.2023 - Telugu Spell-2: 26.07.2023 to 27.07.2023 - Maths
Spell-3: 31.07.2023 to 01.08.2023 - English
c) Instructions to DEOS
(1)District level trainings
⚫ 3-day training programme for each subject at district level.
2 per subject from each mandal shall attend district level training.
• One room per subject shall be allotted to conduct the training
programmes.
• Training venues shall have internet and other technical resources to present PPTs and videos, drinking water and toilet facilities.
Time-table of the programme, session wise topics shall be discussed before the training programme.
After the training programmes, documentation should be sent to SCERT.
Resource Persons shall bring the text books of classes I to V along with
them.
(2)Mandal level trainings
⚫ 2-day training programme for each subject at mandal level (Telugu - 2 days, English - 2 days, Maths - 2 days, Urdu - 2 days).
However a teacher can attend training for a maximum of 2 subjects.
⚫ Schools should not be closed under any circumstances. • Internet and other technical facilities, drinking water, toilet facilities shall
be ensured.
⚫ MEOS shall supervise the training programmes in all mandals under his
jurisdiction and ensure that they run smoothly. If MEO has the responsibility of more than one mandal, he should appoint himself as Course Director for one mandal and for other mandals senior complex Headmasters shall be given the charge.
⚫ Time-table of the programme, session wise topics shall be discussed before the training programme.
Resource Persons shall bring the text books of classes I to V along with them. • Documentation shall be sent to the district level authorities.
⚫ DRGs and SRGS, sectoral officers, DIET lecturers shall visit the training venues.
Therefore, all the DEOS in the State are requested to follow the above guidelines for effective conduct of trainings at District and Mandal Levels.

*🏵️FLN ట్రైనింగ్ లో పాల్గొనే ఉపాధ్యాయుల సంఖ్య అంచనా వారీగా స్పెల్స్ కేటాయింపు*
1.పాఠశాలల్లో *ఒక్కరే టీచర్(Single teacher schools)* ఉన్నట్లయితే ఆ టీచర్ ని రెండు SPELLS కి allot చేయాలి. అందులో ఒకటి లాంగ్వేజ్ (తెలుగు ఆర్ ఇంగ్లీష్ )మరియు రెండో స్పెల్ maths కి allot చేయాలి.
2. *ఇద్దరు టీచర్లు(two teachers* ఉన్నట్లయితే ఒక టీచర్కి రెండు స్పెల్స్ మరొక టీచర్ కి అతను బోధించే సబ్జెక్టు సంబంధించిన స్పెల్ ని allot చేయాలి.
3. *ముగ్గురు టీచర్లు(3Teacher s)* ఉన్నట్లయితే ఒక్కొక్క టీచర్ ని వారికి వారు బోధించే సబ్జెక్ట్ అనుసరించి 3 స్పెల్స్ లకి allot చేయాలి(1+1+1).
4) *నలుగురు టీచర్లు(Four Teachers)* ఉన్నట్లయితే ముగ్గురు టీచర్లని వారి బోధనకు అనుకూలంగా మూడు స్పెల్స్ కి వేరువేరుగా allot చేసి నాలుగో టీచర్ని మళ్లీ అతను బోధించే స్పెల్ కి అలాట్ చేయాలి( అంటే స్కూల్ నుండి నలుగురు టీచర్లలో ఇద్దరు టీచర్లు ఒక స్పెల్ కి మిగిన ఇద్దరు చెరొక స్పెల్స్ కి అలాట్ అవుతారు((2+1+1) ).
5. *ఐదుగురు టీచర్లు* (Five Teachers)ఉన్నట్లయితే మూడు స్పెల్స్ కి వేర్వేరుగా ముగ్గురిని అలాట్ చేసి ,మిగిలిన ఇద్దరు టీచర్లను వారు బోధించే సబ్జెక్టు అనుసరించి రెండు spells కి allot చేయాలి.(అంటే 5 గురు టీచర్లలో రెండు spells కి ఇద్దరు చొప్పున,ఒక స్పెల్ కి ఒక్కరిని allot చేయాలి(2+2+1))
6. *ఆరుగురు టీచర్లు* ఉన్నట్టయితే ఆరుగురు బోధించే సబ్జెక్టులను బట్టి స్పెల్ కి ఇద్దరు చొప్పున మూడు స్పెల్స్ కి అలాట్ చేయాలి(2+2+2).
*Note2* : *యూపీఎస్* పాఠశాలలో కూడా ఒకటి నుండి 5వ తరగతికి బోధించే ఉపాధ్యాయులందర్నీ పై విధంగానే అలాట్ చేయాలి.
