The attention of all the District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio District Project Officers. Samagra Shiksha, in the state is invited to the references read above.
They are informed that as schools for the academic year 2023-2024 are to be re-opened on 12th June 2023 as per reference 2 read above, the PTIs who worked during 2022-2023 and terminated on 24.04.2023 as per reference 1" read above are to be engaged afresh for the academic year 2023-2024 w.e.f., 12.06.2023.
Engaging the Services of Part Time Instructors in Schools for the Academic year 2023-2024
Therefore, all the District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio District Project Officers. Samagra Shiksha, in the state are requested to engage PTIs who worked during 2022-2023 with termination on 24.04.2023, afresh for the academic year 2023-2024 in the respective schools w.e.f., 12.06.2023 as per actual requirement or till the actual need ceases whichever is earlier to work on contract basis with the existing monthly remuneration, subject to review of their performance for the year 2022-2023.
The District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio District Project Officers, Samagra Shiksha, in the state are requested to take immediate necessary action in the matter without any deviation and report compliance accordingly.
Receipt of the Proceedings should be acknowledged.
