All the Mandal Educational Officers & Complex Head Masters in the District informed that, due to allocation of the teachers under PO2018 to other Districts many Schools are left with No Teachers/Zero Teacher school in the District and some schools are suffering lack of subject experts due to transfer and also in certain schools surplus teachers are available.

Further, it is informed that, in certain Mandals especially U/M schools are functioning with

zero teacher for which poor students are suffering in academic side. In view of the above, in some villages, the villagers and public representatives like Sarpanch, ZPTC, MPTC and Head Masters are submitting their applications / representations to the District

Collector and District Educational Officer for making alternative arrangements in needy schools in

their villages.

Therefore, the Mandal Educational Officer and Complex Head Masters are requested to make staff-gap adjustments / subject experts in needy schools including Urdu Medium by identifying the surplus staff in their jurisdiction, so as to smooth functioning of the schools and completion of syllabus as per academic calendar for the sake of the poor students and also they are directed to adhere this orders without any deviation failing which action will initiated as per rules in vogue.
