Appointment of (184) Contract Junior Lecturers Working under Vocational Stream in Government Junior Colleges in the state against the sanctioned posts in terms of G.O.Ms.No.16 G.O.Ms.No.21 Dated:01.05.2023.

 Read the following:-

1. G.O.Ms.No.16, Finance (HRM.I) Department, Dated:26.02.2016. 2. From the Commissioner of Intermediate Education, Telangana State, Hyderabad, Lr.Rc.No.Ser-11-B/36/2015, Dated: 16.09.2022& 22.09.2022.

3. G.O.Ms.No.38, Finance (HRM-I) Department, Dated: 30.04.2023

ORDER:

In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of Intermediate Education, Telangana, Hyderabad, in the letter 2" read above and after careful examination of the matter in terms of the orders issued in the references 1" and 3" read above, Government, hereby permit the Commissioner of Intermediate Education, Telangana State, Hyderabad, to appoint the (184) Contract Junior Lecturers working under Vocational Stream in Government Junior Colleges in the state as annexed to this order against the sanctioned posts from the prospective date i.c., the date of issue of appointment orders by the competent authority, subject to condition that:

i. Ensure that the appointments are made against the sanctioned clear vacancies and continued from time to time.

ii. All the particulars furnished on file are genuine and true and the individuals are fully eligible in terms of educational qualifications, age, local status etc., as prescribed in the service rules and the due verification of the relevant documents / certificates is made.

iii. The persons now proposed to be regularized are fully eligible to hold the post in

terms of G.O.Ms.No.16, Fin (HRM-1) Dept., Dated: 26.02.2016 read with

Circular Memo No. 308/-A/ 51/A3/ HRM.1/2014, Dated: 26.02.2016 and also in

terms of the applicable special rules read with Telangana State and Subordinate

Service Rules.

iv. No senior eligible person for regularization of their services is overlooked/ omitted.

v. If any individual is non-local to the proposed post as per his/her local status, his cases may be considered if he was appointed in the prescribed open quota for locals and non-locals as per service rules.

vi. Issue name-wise appointment orders

vii. It is the responsibility of the Head of the Department, for lapses, if any, in terms

of the above issues as all details / records to contract personnel are being maintained by them.

2. The Commissioner, Intermediate Education, Hyderabad shall identify the suitable Roster Points in terms of P.O. 2018 as per the orders issued in G.O.Ms.No. 44, G.A. (Ser.D) Department, Dated:19.03.2022, at the time of issuing appointment orders.

3. The Commissioner of Intermediate Education, Telangana State, Hyderabad, shall take further necessary action in the matter, accordingly.
