If students indulge in copying, disciplinary action may be taken against the "INVIGILATORS" of that room

*విద్యార్థులు  కాపీయింగ్ కు పాల్పడితే ఆ రూంలోని   "INVIGILATORS"  పై క్రమశిక్షణ  చర్యలు తీసుకునే అవకాశం*

*పైన ఉదహరించబడిన సబ్జెక్టును ప్రస్తావిస్తూ, ఏప్రిల్-2023, SSC పబ్లిక్ పరీక్షలలో కాపీయింగ్‌ను అరికట్టడానికి జిల్లా విద్యాశాఖాధికారులు మరియు జిల్లాలోని మండల విద్యాశాఖాధికారులకు ఈ క్రింది సూచనలు జారీ చేయబడినట్లు జిల్లా విద్యాశాఖాధికారులందరికీ తెలియజేయబడింది.*

*1. జిల్లా విద్యాశాఖాధికారులు మరియు మండల విద్యాశాఖాధికారులు తమ పరిధిలోని పరీక్షా కేంద్రాలలో ఏదైనా కాపీయింగ్ జరిగితే దానికి బాధ్యత వహించాల్సి ఉంటుంది.*

*2. జిల్లా విద్యా అధికారులు మరియు మండల విద్యా అధికారులు నుండి వచ్చిన ఫిర్యాదుల వివరాలను నమోదు చేయడానికి రిజిస్టర్ నిర్వహించాలని ఆదేశించారు*

*సాధారణ ప్రజలు, కాపీయింగ్ జరుగుతున్న మరియు తీసుకున్న చర్యల గురించి అటువంటి ఫిర్యాదులు.*

*3. సంబంధిత అధికారుల (DEO & MEOS) మొబైల్ నంబర్‌లు ప్రతి పరీక్షా కేంద్రంలో స్పష్టమైన ప్రదేశంలో ప్రదర్శించబడతాయి, ఏదైనా పరీక్షా కేంద్రంలో కాపీయింగ్‌కు సంబంధించిన ఫిర్యాదులను పేర్కొన్న ఫోన్ నంబర్‌లకు చేయవచ్చని సాధారణ ప్రజలకు తెలియజేస్తుంది.*

*4. ప్రతి పరీక్షా కేంద్రంలోని ప్రతి ఇన్విజిలేటర్, కేంద్రంలోని వారికి కేటాయించిన గదిలో ఏదైనా కాపీయింగ్ జరిగితే దానికి అతను/ఆమె వ్యక్తిగతంగా బాధ్యత వహించాల్సి ఉంటుందని మరియు వారిపై క్రమశిక్షణా చర్యలు తీసుకుంటామని తెలియజేయబడుతుంది.*

*కావున, జిల్లా విద్యా అధికారి పరీక్షలు పూర్తయిన వెంటనే తీసుకున్న చర్యలకు సంబంధించిన సమగ్ర నివేదికను సమర్పించవలసిందిగా కోరడమైనది.*

Sir/Madam,

Sub: Office of the Director of Government Examinations, Telangana State, Hyderabad - SSC Public Examinations, April-2023 - Additional Instructions issued for implementation on conduct of SSC Public Examinations-Reg.

Ref: Lr Rc.No.151/B-2/2022, Dated: 30-11-2022.

With reference to subject cited, all the District Educational Officers are informed that, the following instructions are issued to the District Educational Officers and the Mandal Educational Officers in the District to curb copying in SSC Public Examinations, April-2023.

1. The District Educational Officers and the Mandal Educational Officers would be held accountable for any copying which takes place in the Examination Centers within their jurisdiction.

2. The District Educational Officers and the Mandal Educational Officers are directed to maintain a register to record details of the complaints received from the general public, regarding the copying taking place and the action taken on such complaints.

3. The Mobile numbers of the respective officers (DEO & MEOS) shall be displayed at a conspicuous place in each examination center, informing the general public that complaints, regarding copying at any of the Examination Center, can be made to the said phone numbers.

4. Each Invigilator, at every Examination Center, shall be informed that he/she would be personally held responsible for any copying which takes place in their allotted room in the center and disciplinary action would be taken against them.

Hence, the District Educational Officer are requested to submit the detail action taken report immediately after completion of the Examinations
