1) వారి పిల్లల విద్యాపరంగా ఎదుగుదలకు తల్లిదండ్రులు 100% భాగస్వామ్యాన్ని కలిగి ఉండేలా తల్లిదండ్రులు 100% భాగస్వామ్యాన్ని నిర్ధారించడానికి PTM కోసం వారిని ఆహ్వానించడానికి HMలు చాలా ముందుగానే పాఠశాల విద్యార్థుల ద్వారా వ్రాతపూర్వకంగా ఆహ్వానం పంపడం ద్వారా తల్లిదండ్రులకు ముందస్తు సమాచారం.
ii) PTMల కోసం ఇప్పటివరకు రాని తల్లిదండ్రులపై మరియు వారి హాజరును నిర్ధారించడానికి HMS ప్రత్యేకంగా దృష్టి సారిస్తుంది.
గ్రామీణ ప్రాంతంలోని చాలా మంది తల్లిదండ్రులు వ్యవసాయ పనులు మరియు పట్టణ ప్రాంతాల్లో ఇతర పనుల్లో నిమగ్నమై ఉన్నందున, తల్లిదండ్రులు సమావేశానికి హాజరయ్యేందుకు వీలుగా పేటీఎం ఉదయం 7.30 గంటల నుండి నిర్వహించవచ్చని సూచించారు.
iv) PTM సమయంలో, తల్లిదండ్రులు ఒత్తిడి లేని వాతావరణంలో పరీక్షలకు సిద్ధం కావడానికి వారి వార్డులకు సహాయం చేయడానికి మార్గనిర్దేశం చేయవచ్చు.
v) అన్ని ఉన్నత పాఠశాలల్లో X తరగతి విద్యార్థుల కోసం ప్రత్యేక PTM.
vi) HMలు సమావేశ నిమిషాలను రికార్డ్ చేయాలి.

The attention of the Regional Joint Directors of School Education, Hyderabad & Warangal and all the District Educational Officers in the State is invited to the references read above.
They are informed that Class wise Parent Teacher Meeting for the month of March, 2023 is to be held on 18.03.2023 from 7.30 AM onwards in all Government & Local body Schools in the State as per guidelines in the reference 1st read above. In this context, they are requested to ensure the following.
i) Prior intimation to parents by sending invitation in writing through the students of the School by HMs well in advance to invite them for PTM in order to ensure 100% participation by parents as role of parents is crucial for academic growth of their children.
ii) HMS shall specially focus on parents who did not turn up so far for
PTMs and to ensure their attendance. iii) As most of the parents in Rural Area are engaged in agriculture work and in Urban Areas are engaged with other works, it is suggested that the PTM may be held from 7.30 AM onwards to enable the parents to attend the Meeting.
iv) During the PTM, Parents may be guided to assist their wards to prepare for the ensuring exams in a stress-free atmosphere. v) Special PTM for X Class students in all High Schools. 3
vi) HMS shall record minutes of meeting.
Therefore, all the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to issue necessary instructions to the MEOs and HMS of all Government & Local body Schools for conduct of Class wise Parent Teacher Meeting for the month of March, 2023 on
