Guidelines to Teachers about allocation Entry in Service Register in Telugu and All forms

*ఉద్యోగ,ఉపాధ్యాయులకు సూచనలు:-*

   ప్రభుత్వ ఉత్తర్వులు సంఖ్య 317 సాధారణ పరిపాలన (SPF) శాఖ తేదీ: 06-12-2021 ప్రకారం స్థానిక కేడర్ (Local Cadre) మేరకు ఆయా జిల్లాలకు సర్దుబాటు కాబడిన ఉద్యోగ, ఉపాధ్యాయులు,DDO లు గమనించి అనుసరించవలసిన సూచనలను పరిశీలించ గలరు.

*I) ఉద్యోగ, ఉపాధ్యాయులు సేవా పుస్తకంలో నమోదు చేయించుకోవలసినవి:-*

1)డిసెంబర్ 2021 వరకు GIS నమోదు ఉండవలెయును.

2) తేదీ: 06-01-2022 వరకు లేదా ఉద్యోగి తాను పనిచేయుచున్న స్థానము నుండి నూతన స్థానమునకు విడుదల అగు తేదీ వరకు వార్షిక దృవీకరణ నమోదు ఉండవలయును.

*3) నూతన స్థానిక కేడర్ కేటాయింపు నమోదు* ( Allocation to New Local cadre)

ఇతర జిల్లాలకు కేటాయింపు జరిగినా లేదా పనిచేయుచున్న జిల్లాకు కేటాయింపు జరిగినా ఉద్యోగ, ఉపాధ్యాయులందరికీ ఇట్టి నమోదు చేయవలయును.

  *A)ఇతర జిల్లాలకు కేటాయింపు జరిగితే మాదిరి నమోదు:-* (పెద్దపల్లి జిల్లా నుండి సిరిసిల్ల రాజన్న జిల్లా కు కేటాయింపు జరిగినప్పుడు).

     *Allocation to new Local cadre:-*

 The Incumbent who is working as S.A.------- in the Erstwhile Local cadre of karimnagar under Erstwhile V zone has been allotted to the new local cadre of Siricilla Rajanna District on allocation of Telangana state through the Telangana Public Employment ( *Organisation of local cadre and Regulation of Direct Recruitment* ) Order -2018 with reference of G.O.Ms. No.317 G.A.(SPF) Dept. Date: 06-12-2021, vide Erstwhile karimnagar D.E.O. Proc.No.----------.Date:23-12-2021 with instruction to report to new local cadre within `3` days from issue of the orders.

*B) పనిచేయుచున్న జిల్లాకు కేటాయింపు జరిగితే..*

  ( పెద్దపల్లి జిల్లా లో పనిచేయుచున్న S.A. కు పెద్దపల్లి జిల్లా కేటాయింపు జరిగినచో)

 Allocation to new local cadre

 The incumbent who is working as SA...in the Erstwhile local cadre of Karimnagar under Erstwhile V zone has been allotted to new local cadre Peddapalli district on allocation of Telangana state through the Telangana Public Employment ( *Organisation of Local Cadre & Regulation of Direct Recruitment*) order 2018,with reference of G O Ms no 317 GA(SPF) Dept dt 6.12.2021 & Karimnagar DEO proc no.... dt 23.12.2021 with instruction to report to new local cadre within 3 days from the issue of the orders. 

   Accordingly the incumbent has reported new local cadre on .. 12.2021.

*C) మల్టీజోన్-I లో పనిచేయుచున్న GHM-II లు మల్టీజోన్ -I కు కేటాయింపు జరిగితే*

  Allocation to new local cadre

The incumbent who is working as GHM II in the Erstwhile local cadre of Karimnagar under Erstwhile V zone has been allotted to new local cadre of multi zone I on allocation of Telangana through the Telangana public employment ( *Organisation of local cadre & Regulation of direct recruitment* ) order 2018,with reference of G O Ms no 317 GA(SPF) Dept dt 6.12.2021,vide RJD School education Warangal Govt of Telangana proc no.... dt 7.1.2022 with instruction to report to new local cadre within 3 days from issue of the orders. 

   Accordingly the incumbent has reported new local cadre on 7.1.2022

 ఇట్టి నమోదును ఆయా DEO లు చేయవలయును.

*D) బదిలీ నమోదును ఉద్యోగి సేవా పుస్తకములో స్థానచలనం జరిగిన ఉద్యోగ, ఉపాధ్యాయులకు మాత్రమే చేయవలయును.*( పెద్దపల్లి జిల్లా నుండి కరీంనగర్ జిల్లాకు కేటాయించబడిన S.A. మాదిరి బదిలీ నమోదును దిగువన పేర్కొనడం జరుగుచున్నది).

  Due to allotment to Karimnagar district from Peddapalli district Erstwhile karimnagar district) vide Erstwhile Karimnagar DEO Proc.No.----------Date.---------------- and posting of employees within newly allotted local cadre vide Karimnagar DEO Proc.No.----------- Date: 06-01-2022.

*E) Retain entry:- ఎవరైతే జిల్లా మారి, అనంతరం spouse ప్రక్రియ ద్వారా పాత జిల్లాకు కేటాయింపు జరిగినచో అట్టి ఉద్యోగులకు ఈ నమోదు చేయవలయును.*

*II) D.D.O. లకు సమర్పించవలసిన పత్రములు:-*

1) జిల్లాకు కేటాయించబడిన ఉత్తర్వు.

2) ఆఫీసు/ పాఠశాలకు కేటాయించబడిన ఉత్తర్వు. (2.ప్రతులు)

3)ఆఫీసు/పాఠశాలలో చేరిన Joining Order (2.ప్రతులు).

 *Note:- మండల పరిధి ఉపాధ్యాయులు MEO గారి నుండి, హైస్కూలు పరిధి ఉపాధ్యాయులు H.M. ల నుండి Joining Order పొందాలి.*

*4) 2 ప్రతుల LPC:-* Joining Order ను సమర్పించినచో పూర్వపు D.D.O. ఇట్టి LPC ని జారీ చేయును. LPC ని Online చేయించుకోవాలి. వేతనాల బిల్లు 20 నుండి 25 వ తేదీ వరకు D.D.O.లు STO కార్యాలయము లో సమర్పించడం జరుగును.కావున LPC లను సకాలములో నూతన DDO లకు సమర్పించవలయును.
