*🔸లైబ్రరీ ఫోటో పిల్లలు లైబ్రరీ పుస్తకాలు చదువుతున్న ఫోటో కానీ, లైబ్రరీ బుక్స్ నిల్వ చేసిన రాక్ ఫోటో కానీ అప్లోడ్ చేయవచ్చు.*
*🔸హై స్కూల్ వారు స్మార్ట్ క్లాస్ రూమ్ ఫోటో అప్లోడ్ చేయాలి ప్రైమరీ స్కూల్ వారికి ఈ ఫోటో ఉండదు.*
*🔸ఆట వస్తువుల ఫోటోలు పిల్లలు ఏదైనా ఆట ఆడుతున్న ఫోటోను అప్లోడ్ చేయాలి ఉదాహరణకు క్యారం ఆడటం, చెస్, వాలీబాల్, స్కిప్పింగ్ లాంటివి.*
*🔸బాలికల టాయిలెట్ లోపలి భాగం ఫోటో తీసి అప్లోడ్ చేయాలి.*
*🔸బాలర టాయిలెట్ ఫోటో (ఈ ఫోటోలో పిల్లలు అవసరం లేదు)*
*🔸మీ పాఠశాలలో ఉచిత పాఠ్య పుస్తకాలు పంపిణీ చేసిన ఫోటో*
*🔸మీ పాఠశాలలో పిల్లలకు ఏర్పాటు చేసిన తాగునీటి వసతి ఫోటో పిల్లలు మంచి నీళ్లు తాగుతున్న ఫోటో*
*🔸TLM ఫోటో ఉపాధ్యాయులు తరగతి బోధనలో T.L.M ఉపయోగించినటువంటి ఫోటో*
*🔸టీచర్స్ రిసోర్స్ మెటీరియల్ ఉపాధ్యాయులకు బోధనకు సహాయపడే రిసోర్స్ మెటీరియల్ ఫోటోను అప్లోడ్ చేయాలి. ఉపాధ్యాయులు ఉపయోగిస్తూ ఉన్న ఫోటోను అప్లోడ్ చేయాలి.*
*🔸పాఠశాల లో ఉన్నటువంటి వస్తువులకు సంబంధించి ఫోటోలు ఉదాహరణకు వేయింగ్ మిషన్,స్ప్రింగ్ త్రాసు, డిజిటల్ టీవీ, కంప్యూటర్ లాంటివి.*
*🔸సెల్ఫ్ డిఫెన్స్ యాక్టివిటీ కి సంబంధించిన ఫోటోలు ఇది ఉన్నత పాఠశాల, అప్పర్ ప్రైమరీ స్కూల్ వారికి ఉంటుంది. ప్రాథమిక పాఠశాల వాళ్లు కూడా సెల్ఫ్ డిఫెన్స్ నేర్పించి నట్లయితే ఆ ఫోటోలు అప్లోడ్ చేయవచ్చు.*
_👉🏻అన్ని ఫోటోలు మొదటగా ఒక ఫోల్డర్ లో సేవ్ చేసుకోవాలి ఫోటోలన్నీ 500kb లోపు రీసెట్ చేసుకోవాలి._
ఈ క్రింద క్లిక్ చేసి ఫోటోలను సైజ్ సులభంగా తగ్గించవచ్చు. ఫోటో లు అప్లోడ్ చేయగానే వాటి సైజ్ తగ్గి నేరుగా డౌన్ లోడ్ చేసుకోవచ్చు. ఏ ఫోటోలు ఇందులో సేకరించ బడవు. కేవలం సైజ్ మాత్రమే తగ్గుతుంది.

_👉🏻Prabandh portal లాగిన్ చేసి, ఫోటో అప్లోడ్ సెలెక్ట్ చేయాలి. Choose file select చేసి గ్యాలరీ లోని ఫోటోలను అప్లోడ్ చేసి సేవ్ చేయాలి._
Instructions to Login
State User :
The user login have been divided into 3 part :
Upto Class VIII : State will use the following user name to enter the Physical and Financial Progress for the component approved till class VIII
User Name : “U1” + State Code (e.g. For Jammu & Kashmir State Code is “01” so the user name will be “U101”
Upto Class XII : State will use the following user name to enter the Physical and Financial Progress for the component approved till class VIII
User Name : “U2” + State Code (e.g. For Jammu & Kashmir State Code is “01” so the user name will be “U201”
Teacher Education : State will use the following user name to enter the Physical and Financial
Progress for the component approved till class VIII
User Name : “U3” + State Code (e.g. For Jammu & Kashmir State Code is “01” so the user name will be “U301”
Password : The password will be state code, at first login it will ask to change the password
Freezing Password : The default freezing password will be “ST”+ <the new user name> (e.g. if the new
user name is “U101” than the password will be “STU101”
District User :
The user login have been divided into 3 part :
Upto Class VIII : State will use the following user name to enter the Physical and Financial Progress for the component approved till class VIII
User Name : “U1” + District Code (e.g. For Jhansi district of state Uttar Pradesh is “0936” so the user
name will be “U10936”
Upto Class XII : State will use the following user name to enter the Physical and Financial Progress for the component approved till class VIII
User Name : “U2” + District Code (e.g. For Jhansi district of state Uttar Pradesh is “0936” so the user
name will be “U20936”
Teacher Education : State will use the following user name to enter the Physical and Financial
Progress for the component approved till class VIII
User Name : “U3” + District Code (e.g. For Jhansi district of state Uttar Pradesh is “0936” so the user
name will be “U30936”
Password : The password will be same as old PMS password or the default password is 4 digit District
code of concern district
Block User :
User Name : Your 6 digit Block code is a user name and password . The block code can be known after
fetching the First Six Character of UDISE code of any school.
School User :
User Name : Your 11 digit UDISE code is a user name and password. If you have registered in old PMS
than there is no change in school user name and password , it was same as old PMS password
