ORDER: 

In pursuance of the orders issued in the references 2 and 3d read above the Director of School Education, Telangana, Hyderabad is hereby accorded to sanction for release of an amount of Rs.41,35,56,000/- (Rupees Forty one crores thirty five lakhs and fifty six thousand only) as shown in the Annexure to certain District Educational Officers towards payment of salaries, including DA arrear and pensionary benefits of retired staff of Non-Government Primary Schools from the BE provision of 2020-21. The Pay & Accounts Officer, Hyderabad and all the District Treasury Officers concerned are requested to admit the claims preferred by the District Educational Officer concerned to the extent of Budget now released on receipt of authorization issued by the Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Telangana, Hyderabad. The above expenditure shall be debited to the following Head of Account: 2202 - General Education 01 - Elementary Education MH. 102 - Asst, to Non-Govt. Primary Schools S.H.(04) – Teaching Grants 310-G.L.A/311- G.I.A. towards Salaries The District Educational Officers are hereby instructed to follow the monthly restriction orders as per reference 2nd read above, duly maintaining required month wise balances for the remaining months of F.Y. 2020-21. Further, they are also informed that, the amount released during any quarter/month has to utilized before 31.03.2021.
