@ @ @ ORDER: 

      The Telangana State Election Commission, vide ref.2nd read above, has announced the Ordinary Elections to Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) scheduled to be held on 01.12.2020 (Tuesday). In the ref.4th read above the Election Authority & Commissioner, GHMC, Hyderabad requested to declare local holiday on the day of poll i.e., 01.12.2020 (Tuesday). In pursuance of the instructions issued in the ref 3rd & 4th read above, it is decided to declare a local holiday for all Government Offices/Local bodies/Educational Institutions in Hyderabad District in connection with the conduct of Ordinary Elections to Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC), 2020 on the day of poll i.e., 01.12.2020 (Tuesday) under Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. The Heads of Offices of respective Departments shall take action to implement the orders scrupulously.
