Chief Minister’s Relief Fund – Representation from Joint Action Committee of Telangana Employees, Gazetted Officers and Workers Telangana State, Hyderabad for Contribution of  
one day basic pay from the salaries of all Gazetted and Non Gazetted employees to Chief Minister’s Relief Fund for utilisation of the same for the people who suffered from the Floods and Heavy Rains inHyderabad – Deduction – Orders – Issued.

Contribution of one day basic pay from the salaries of all employees to C M’s Relief Fund G.O.Rt.No. 1142 Dated: 02-11-2020  
 
Read the following:

 Joint Action Committee of Telangana Employees, Gazetted Officers and Workers Telangana State, Hyderabad Letter No.20/TJAC/2020,  
dated:21.10.2020, submitted to Hon’ble Chief Minister of Telangana,
Hyderabad.

ORDER :

 The Joint Action Committee of Telangana Employees, Gazetted Officers and Workers Telangana State, Hyderabad have expressed their deep grief over the loss of lives in floods and heavy rains in Hyderabad and informed that their associations have decided to  
contribute one day basic pay from the salaries of all Gazetted and Non Gazetted employees towards relief to the affected people as a gesture of their social responsibility and requested  the Government to issue necessary instructions for deduction of an amount equal to one day  basic pay from the salaries of all Gazetted and Non Gazetted employees for the month of  October, 2020 payable in the month of November, 2020.  

 2. Accordingly, based on the representation of theJoint Action Committee of Telangana Employees, Gazetted Officers and Workers, Government hereby order deduction of one day’s  basic pay of all Gazetted and Non Gazetted employees, towards contribution to the Chief  Minister’s Relief Fund, from the salaries of November, 2020 payable in the month of  
December, 2020.

3. All the Drawing and Disbursing Officers of the concernedDepartments shall deduct the above amount, duly attaching separate schedules to the pay bills for the month of November,  2020 to be paid in the month of December, 2020 and credit the same to the following Chief  Minister’s Relief Fund Head of Account:  

“MH 8443-Civil Deposits
800 – Other Deposits
SH(02) – Chief Minister’s Relief Fund”.

4. All the Heads of Departments and Drawing and Disbursing Officers shall ensure that
the correct deductions are made from the pay bills of November, 2020 and the amounts are
credited to the above mentioned Head of Account.
