In continuation to the instructions issued vide the reference cited it is informed that the training to the Presiding Officers & Asst Presiding Officers on 22.11.20, Sunday in 2 sessions from 11 Am to I PM in the morning session and from 2 PM to 4 PM in the afternoon session to complete the training at the following venues duly following the precautionary measures in view of the COVID-19 pandemic. Ranga Reddy Saroornagar Indoor Stadium (Saroornagar Circle) Hari Hara Kala Bhavan (Begumpet Circle) Hyderabad Medchal- Malkajgiri UNTU,Kukatpally (Moosapet Circle) Hence if the Dy. Election Authorities & Zonal Commissioners, L.B.Nagar, Secunderabad and Kukatpally Zones are here by informed to arrange the Basic facilities (Sanitation, Water & Llectricity) at the identified venues. Sanitizers, Projector and to take the attendance. It is also instructed to procure Ballot Boxes from the Nodal Officer, Ballot Boxes & Addl. Commissioner, Sports, GHMC to provide hands on experience during the training. Osly
