   School Education - Distribution of NT Books - Create WhatsApp groups for 6th to 10th Classes- orders Issued.

    All the Mandal Educational Officers, SO's of KGBVS, Principals of Telangana Model Schools, Headmasters and Teachers of all managements in the district are hereby instructed to distribute the nationalized text books to students before 25.07.2020. Further, all the Mandal Educational Officers, SO's of KGBVS, Principals of Telangana Model Schools, Headmasters and Teachers of all managements were instructed to follow the following instructions

> To create a separate WhatsApp group for 6th to 10th Class students duly including teacher and Head of the institution.

> Make a suitable timetable subject-wise for conduct of classes.

> Watch/Monitor the students to read the lessons each day according to that schedule.

> The subject teacher should clarify the doubts for the students only through WhatsApp groups.

> The concerned class in-charge teacher should daily contact with the students through phone calls about their preparation.

> The concerned Head Master should monitor all WhatsApp groups and record the day to day progress in this regard. Any deviation in this regard will be viewed seriously. This may be treated as important and Urgent.

ooO00 అన్ని మండల్ విద్యాశాఖాధికారులు, కెజిబివిఎస్ యొక్క ఎస్ఓలు, తెలంగాణ మోడల్ పాఠశాలల ప్రిన్సిపాల్స్, ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు మరియు జిల్లాలోని అన్ని మేనేజ్మెంట్ల ఉపాధ్యాయులు 25.07.2020 లోపు విద్యార్థులకు జాతీయం చేసిన పాఠ్య పుస్తకాలను పంపిణీ చేయాలని ఆదేశించారు.  ఇంకా, అన్ని మండల విద్యాశాఖాధికారులు, కెజిబివిఎస్ యొక్క ఎస్ఓలు, తెలంగాణ మోడల్ పాఠశాలల ప్రిన్సిపాల్స్, ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు మరియు అన్ని మేనేజ్మెంట్ల ఉపాధ్యాయులు ఈ క్రింది సూచనలను పాటించాలని ఆదేశించారు

> 6 నుండి 10 వ తరగతి విద్యార్థులకు ప్రత్యేక వాట్సాప్ సమూహాన్ని రూపొందించడానికి ఉపాధ్యాయులు మరియు హెడ్లతో సహా  సంస్థ. 

> తరగతుల నిర్వహణకు తగిన టైమ్‌టేబుల్ సబ్జెక్ట్ వారీగా చేయండి.

> ఆ షెడ్యూల్ ప్రకారం ప్రతి రోజు పాఠాలు చదవడానికి విద్యార్థులను చూడండి / పర్యవేక్షించండి. 

> సబ్జెక్ట్ టీచర్ విద్యార్థులకు ఉన్న సందేహాలను వాట్సాప్ గ్రూపుల ద్వారా మాత్రమే స్పష్టం చేయాలి.

> సంబంధిత క్లాస్ ఇన్-ఛార్జ్ టీచర్ వారి తయారీ గురించి ప్రతిరోజూ ఫోన్ కాల్స్ ద్వారా విద్యార్థులతో సంప్రదించాలి.

> సంబంధిత హెడ్ మాస్టర్ అన్ని వాట్సాప్ గ్రూపులను పర్యవేక్షించాలి మరియు ఈ విషయంలో రోజువారీ పురోగతిని రికార్డ్ చేయాలి.  ఈ విషయంలో ఏదైనా విచలనం తీవ్రంగా చూడబడుతుంది.  ఇది ముఖ్యమైన మరియు అత్యవసరమైనదిగా పరిగణించబడుతుంది.
