ORDER : 

    Government hereby issues the following Notification for providing transportation facility to the Children of the habitations without Schools in the State , under the Right to Education Act , 2009 ( Central Act No.35 of 2009 ) and it shall be published in the Telangana Gazette . 

NOTIFICATION

   As per Section 3 ( 1 ) of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act , 2009 ( Central Act . No.35 of 2009 ) and sub rule ( 4 ) of rule ( 5 ) of the Telangana Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Rules , 2010 , Government will provide transportation facility to 21964 ( Twenty One Thousand Nine Hundred and Sixty Four only ) Children of 2243 ( Two Thousand Two Hundred and Forty Three only ) Habitations which are without Schools , in Telangana State , during the Academic Year , 2020-21 . The list of such Habitations is enclosed in the Annexure appended to this Order .
