Rc.No.25 , Dt 27-05-2020 SSC Public examinations, March 2020- Precautionary measures to be followed to safeguard the Examinees at the Examination Centers from spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19)
1. The SSC remaining cxuminations will be conducted from 08-06-2020 to 05-07-2020 between 9.30 am to 12.15 pm with the gap of two days for each paper as per the schedule .
2. Inform the candidates about the remaining SSC examination time table thoroughly through available local media and schools concerned for avoid confusion .
3. To display the existing center name , additional center name with allotment of roll number for each center through D.E.Os website to know the information easily to the candidates , parents and school authorities .
4. To create WhatsApp group with Headmasters , teachers and students for informing the time table and center information .
5. To prepare ( 3/2 length ) flexies / banners ( use visible colours ) with detail information of the center names and allotment of roll numbers at school point and important junctions to know the center information to the students and parents .
6. To ensure that Helpline numbers are provided to the Parents of the students , which the parents can use in case of any emergency , or in case of any confusion caused either to the parents or to their wards .
7. To give wide publicity to the all the parents not to gather big groups at the gate and premises of the examination center .
8. Inform the students / parents to visit and know their examination center locality five days before the commencement of examination .
9. To make necessary arrangement to leave one by one student after completion of the examination as well as hall to avoid crowd .
10 Examination centers or schools located in small schools which are noticed inconvenient to the students shall be changed to the nearby larger schools or colleges and this change of location , examination center shall be intimated to the students well in advance . The District Educational Officers are also informed that in June and onwards the rainy season will start . Hence to take necessary arrangements on conduct of remaining SSC Examinations .
11 All the examination halls , the buildings , and the campus , should be thoroughly disinfected before commencement of the next examination after every examination .
12 Arrangements shall be made for cleaning all the Tables , Chairs , Door handles and Electrical switch boards ctc . , with wet cloth dipped in disinfectant every morning before the start of examinations
13 ' The seating arrangement has to be made one student for each bench in a zigzag pattern and ensure that adequate spucc / distance shall be mainuined between two benches with 5-6 feet distance between two students .
14 Sufficient number of Thermal screening Kits have to be arranged in order to screen the students when they are about to enter into the Examination Centre . Thermal Screening should be done under shade .
15 To uwid large gathering at Thermal Screening , students must be directed to report at the examination center , at least one hour before the commencement of the examination and boxes should be marked at the entrance of the examination center for maintenance of proper physical distance .
