        **** **** All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and the District Educational Officers in the State are hereby informed that as per the School Academic Calendar 2019- 20, the Summative Assessment-2 (SA-2) for the Classes 1 to IX are scheduled from 1t March, 2020 to 31" March, 2020. Further, the SSC Public Exams are scheduled from 19th March, 2020 onwards. In this context, the teachers presence is essential in the Schools during the above period to take up revision of syllabus and preparing the students for exams.

       Therefore, they are directed to instruct all the HMs and MEOS in the State not to sanction any kind of leave to the teachers except on genuine medical grounds to avoid hardship to the students.
