& & & Sanction is here by accorded for an amount of Rs . 9 , 65 , 42 , 700 / - ( Rupees Nine Crores Sixty Five Lakhs Forty Two Thousand Seven Hundred Only ) to the concerned DEOS & EO DPOs towards Recurring Grant i . e . for the salaries of outsourcing staff , food and other maintenance charges for the period of January February and March 2020 @ Rs . 1 , 92 , 700 / per Girls Hostel during 2019 - 20 for 167 Girls Hostels attached to Model Schools as shown in the Statement enclosed herewith .
Therefore the DEOS & DPOs shall take necessary action to release the same to the concerned Principals . Hence , the Finance Controller of this office is requested to transfer the sanctioned amount of Rs . 9 , 65 , 42 , 700 / - ( Rupees Nine Crores Sixty Five Lakhs Forty Two Thousand Seven Hundred Only ) to the DEOS & EO DPOs as per the statement enclosed . This has got the approval of the State Project Director ,
