          With reference to the above subject cited , I wish to inform you that the Government has delegated the Drawing & Disbursing Officer Powers to the Complex Head Masters for the staff working in Primary & Upper Primary Schools under purview of the School Complex Head Masters vide references 15 to 3rd cited . Accordingly , while enclosing the list of ( 100 ) School Complex Head Masters of Nalgonda district , it was requested to provide DDO codes to the School Complex Head vide reference 4th cited . Further I am furnishing herewith the Cadre Strength Particulars of Complex wise schools with a request to prefer the claims to draw & disburse salaries by the School Complex Head Master for the staff working in Primary & Upper Primary School under their control .

Further , I request you to inform the STO ' s concerned to honor the bills claimed by the School Complex Head Masters .
