      The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the State is invited to the references I" to 3rd read above. Consequent on issue of orders delegating certain powers to School Complex Headmasters vide reference 1" to 3rd cited, the following instructions are issued for strict compliance.

The DEOS have to furnish the proposals to the Deputy Director of District Treasury Office to provide DDO Codes for all the School Complexes in the District and ensure for providing DDO codes immediately. The DEOS have to furnish the School Complex wise cadre strength particulars of the Teaching Staff to the Deputy Director of District Treasury Office immediately.

The MEOS have to handover the Original Service Registers of Teaching Staff pertaining to Primary & Upper Primary Schools to the respective School Complex Headmaster immediately under proper acknowledgement. DEOS

The Komarambheem Asifabad, Mahabubabad, Mancherial and Mulugu are informed that as per UDISE 2018-19, there are 78 School Complexes other than Government & Local body Management Schools and these need to be revised.

The list is enclosed as Annexure. In this context, the DEOS have to identify other neighboring High Schools under the management of Government/Local body and name as School Complex instead of Schools shown in Annexure. of Adilabad, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Khammam, In regard to Upper Primary Schools functioning as School Complexes at present, the DEOS have to ensure the following.

a) Any of the School under the purview of School Complex (UPS) is a High School, then the High School has to be named as School Complex instead of the existing UPS School Complex.

b) If there are no High Schools under the purview of School Complex (UPS), then the neighboring High School within the Mandal which is not a School Complex at present, has to be named as School Complex instead of existing School Complex (UPS).

*స్కూల్ కాంప్లెక్స్ ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులకు కొన్ని అధికారాలను అప్పగించే ఉత్తర్వుల జారీ ఫలితంగా 3 వ ఉదయానికి, ఈ క్రింది సూచనలు జారీ చేయబడ్డాయి  కఠినమైన సమ్మతి.🔰*

 *🔹జిల్లాలోని అన్ని పాఠశాల సముదాయాలకు డిడిఓ కోడ్‌లను అందించడానికి మరియు వెంటనే డిడిఓ కోడ్‌లను అందించేలా చూడాలని డిఇఒఎస్ జిల్లా ట్రెజరీ కార్యాలయం డిప్యూటీ డైరెక్టర్‌కు ప్రతిపాదనలు ఇవ్వాలి.*

*🔹డిఇఒఎస్ టీచింగ్ స్టాఫ్ యొక్క స్కూల్ కాంప్లెక్స్ వారీగా కేడర్ బలం వివరాలను వెంటనే జిల్లా ట్రెజరీ కార్యాలయం డిప్యూటీ డైరెక్టర్‌కు అందించాలి.*

*🔹 ప్రాథమిక మరియు ఉన్నత పాఠశాలలకు సంబంధించిన టీచింగ్ స్టాఫ్ యొక్క ఒరిజినల్ సర్వీస్ రిజిస్టర్లను MEOS సరైన పాఠశాల అంగీకారంతో సంబంధిత స్కూల్ కాంప్లెక్స్ ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయుడికి వెంటనే అందజేయాలి.  ఆదిలాబాద్ యొక్క డియోస్.  UDISE 2018-19 ప్రకారం ప్రభుత్వ మరియు స్థానిక సంస్థ నిర్వహణ పాఠశాలలు కాకుండా 78 పాఠశాల సముదాయాలు ఉన్నాయని, వీటిని సవరించాల్సిన అవసరం ఉందని కోమరంభీమ్ ఆసిఫాబాద్, మహాబుబాబాద్, మాంచెరియల్ మరియు ములుగులకు సమాచారం.  జాబితా అనుబంధంగా జతచేయబడింది.  ఈ సందర్భంలో, DEOS ప్రభుత్వ / స్థానిక సంస్థల నిర్వహణలో ఉన్న ఇతర పొరుగు ఉన్నత పాఠశాలలను గుర్తించాలి మరియు అనుబంధంలో చూపిన పాఠశాలలకు బదులుగా స్కూల్ కాంప్లెక్స్ అని పేరు పెట్టాలి.*

*🔹భద్రాద్రి కొఠాగుడెం, ఖమ్మం, ప్రస్తుతం పాఠశాల సముదాయాలుగా పనిచేస్తున్న ఉన్నత ప్రాథమిక పాఠశాలలకు సంబంధించి, డిఇఓఎస్ ఈ క్రింది వాటిని నిర్ధారించాలి.*

 *🔹ఎ) స్కూల్ కాంప్లెక్స్ (యుపిఎస్) పరిధిలోని ఏదైనా పాఠశాల హైస్కూల్, అప్పుడు ఉన్న హైస్కూల్‌కు ప్రస్తుతం ఉన్న యుపిఎస్ స్కూల్ కాంప్లెక్స్‌కు బదులుగా స్కూల్ కాంప్లెక్స్ అని పేరు పెట్టాలి.*

*బి) స్కూల్ కాంప్లెక్స్ (యుపిఎస్) పరిధిలో హైస్కూల్స్ లేకపోతే, ప్రస్తుతం స్కూల్ కాంప్లెక్స్ లేని మండలంలోని పొరుగున ఉన్న హైస్కూల్, ప్రస్తుత స్కూల్ కాంప్లెక్స్ (యుపిఎస్) కు బదులుగా స్కూల్ కాంప్లెక్స్ అని పేరు పెట్టాలి.  .  అందువల్ల, స్కూల్ కాంప్లెక్స్ ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులచే కాంప్లెక్స్ పరిధిలో టీచింగ్ స్టాఫ్ యొక్క జీతం బిల్లులను సకాలంలో ఇష్టపడటానికి 16.01.2020 లోపు పైన పేర్కొన్న విధంగా నిర్ధారించడానికి అన్ని డిఇఓలు తక్షణ చర్య తీసుకోవాలని అభ్యర్థించారు.  ఇంకా, 17.01.2020 లోగా ఈ కార్యాలయానికి వర్తింపు నివేదికను అందించాలని వారు అభ్యర్థించారు.*
