        00o- All the District Educational Officers in the state are hereby informed that the Secretary to Government, Education Department, Telangana, Hyderabad has instructed that the implementing Agencies of Mid Day Meals should be facilitated to have bank accounts and Bank managers may be convinced to extend loans or overdrafts and debit from their accounts when ever budget is released instead of borrowing money from lenders with huge rates of interest. The Commissioner, School Education has already requested the District Collectors to explore the possibilities of different rate if interest loans/Paavala Vaddi Scheme and take further action accordingly to avoid hardship to the Cook Cum Helpers and Implementing Agency belonging to Self Help Groups vide reference 1s cited Further, the District Educational Officers are requested to bring the above issue to notice of the concerned District Collectors and see that the Implementing Agency shall get loans on lower interest rate to avoid hardship to them vide reference 2nd cited. In this regard, the District Educational Officers are hereby instructed to submit the following information and also state any agency is in need of financial assistance in case of delay of releases for onward submission to the Government on or before 18.11.2019 without fail. .
