All the District Educational Officers and Ex-officio Projea Officers of Samagra Shiskha in the State are informed that the Samagra Shiksha has placed orders for printing of CCE Records and other Registers in three mediums ie. Telugu, English, and Urdu for filling the information of children performance for students and schools. The Director, Govt. Textbook Press TS has delivered the above material at district point. The Cumulative Records printed for 1t and 6th Class children only, as per UDISE 2017-18 and an addition of 20% extra is printed for additional use in any classes. In this regard the District Educational Officers are requested to follow the guidelines for distribation of CCE Records and Registers DEO nomipating Sectoral Officer - II/ Incharge Sectoral Officer II as incharge for receiving and distribution of CCE Records and Registers up to School Point. Acknowledge the receipt of CCE Records and Registers as per indent medium-wise, level-wise (as per Annexure) S.o ls are requested to maintain stock and issues registers of CCE Records and Other registers at district level and also give instructions to the MEO and H.Ms of all schools. They should also maintain stock and issue registers at their level. 1Page s.o-lls are requested to take the help of CRPS for segregation of the books school-wise as per U-DISE data and make into bundles and sent to mandal noint.
