     All the District Educational Officers in the State are hereby informed that as per the academic calendar communicated, the Summative Assessment (SA)-I for classes I to X for the year 2019-20 is scheduled from 21.10.2019 to 26.10.2019 In this regard, the DEOS are instructed to inform the DCEB Secretaries to conduct the workshops at the district level for the preparation of Summative Assessment (SA)-Il question papers for classes I to X involving expert teachers of the concerned districts. The question papers must be prepared by following the guidelines, weightages, blueprints and learning outcomes specified by SCERT as per the DCEB and CCE Modules to inform the DCEB Secretaries of their respective districts to handover the Summative Assessment (SA)-1 Question Papers for classes I to X for the year 2019-20 in the form of hard copies to SCERT for the scrutiny by the state moderation team. to pack the question papers subject-wise and medium-wise in separate sealed covers duly mentioning the class and name of the district on each cover totally packed in a single cover.

Therefore, the DEOS are instructed to inform the DCEB Secretaries to submit the above question papers to SCERT by 27.08.2019 without fail for the moderation of the question papers by SCERT from 29.08.2019 to 31.08.2019. Any deviation from this will be viewed seriously ge4ba Director, SCERT
