ORDER:

      In addition to this office proceeding, vide reference cited, additional instructions are hereby issued for strict /Effective implementation of the School Complex meeting 2019-20.

1) All the MEOS should send list of all subject wise teachers names of High schools to this office & also to other Mandal for ensuring the attendance on or before 22-07-2019 by 02.00PM

2) All the Primary teachers should be grouped in (02) groups (preferable all the HMs on 1st day) & . the day wise teachers names should be informed to this office before on 22-07- 2019 by 02.00PM

3) No High School HM should retain any teacher in the school and No CL should be permitted on the day of the Complex Meetings.

4) Complex meetings are considered as in-service trainings, Hence all the teachers should be deputed In case of any subject teachers working more than one post, all the teachers should be deputed for the complex meetings.

5) The Headmaster should relieve the teacher with a letter &The Headmaster should preserve the attendance certificates collected from the teachers' for further verification.
