In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of Intermediate Education, A.P., Guntur in the references 2nd and 3rd cited and also keeping in view of NoC issued by the Education Department, Government of Telangana in the reference 7th cited, after examining the matter, Government hereby accord permission to the Commissioner of Intermediate Education, A.P., Guntur for Inter State Transfers of the following Employees working in Government Junior Colleges from the State of Andhra Pradesh to State of Telangana on mutual grounds vice versa, as per the guidelines issued in the reference 1st cited.
