        In pursuance of the Budget Release Order and Administrative Sanction Orders issued by the Govt in the 3 to s read above, and in continuation of this office proceedings 10 and 11 read above, the Director of School Education, to sanction and release an amount of Rs 56,3796,000/- (Rupees Fifty Six Crores Thirty Seven Lakhs Ninety Six Thousand only) to the District Educational Officers in the State for making payment of honorarium to 15661 Vidys Volunteers from October, 2018 to December, 2018 and clear of the pending bills of the previous Months as per the details enclosed in the annexure. The expenditure shall be incurred under the head of account 2202-02-800-25-37-310-312. The Accounts Officer of this office is requested to obtain the concurrence of the Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Telangana, Hyderabad and release the same to all the District Educational Officers as per the details enclosed in the annexure. All the District Educational Officers are requested to draw and utilize the above amount for the purpose for which it is sanctioned. They are informed that every month in the first week, honorarium shall be paid to the Vidya Volunteers as per their attendance through online to their bank accounts. Delay in payment of honorarium to the Vidya Volunteers will be viewed seriously and action will be initiated against the Head Master, Mandal Educational Officer and District Educational Officer concerned as per rules.
