     The funds to an extent of Rs.1,45,09,800/- (Rupees one Crore forty five lakhs nine thousand eight hundred only) from the budget provision of this office for the Financial Year 2018-19 are hereby sanctioned and allotted to the (02) District Educational Officers i.e. Nizamabad and Karimnagar Districts under the Head 280/284 Professional Services/ Other Payments as shown in the Annexure for Spot Valuation of SsC Public Examinations, March/April-2018 conducted in the month of March/April-2018 to meet the expenditure in connection with payment of Remuneration, T.A., D.A, Conveyance to the personnel involved in Spot Valuation, Contingency Expenditure and other miscellaneous expenditure at the prescribed rates as per rules in Vogue

   2. The Detailed Head of Account to which the expenditure towards Remuneration T.A, D.A, Conveyance, Contingency Expenditure and other miscellaneous expenditure for Spot Valuation of SSC Public Examinations, March/April-2018 has to be booked is indicated below. The expenditure should be booked without any 2202-General Education 02- Secondary Education 108- Examinations Remuneration, T.A., D.A., Conveyance to the Personnel drafted, Contingency Expenditure and other miscellaneous expenditure for Spot Valuation of SSC 25- State Sector Schemes Conduct of Common Exams, CGE ueir tarminacions, March/Apri2018. 280- Professional Services 284- Other Payments

3. The District Educational Officers are instructed to draw the funds to the extent required only on Fully Vouchered Bills (F.V. Bills) for Spot Valuation of SSC Public Examinations, March/April-2018 to meet the expenditure towards payment of Remuneration, T.A., D.A., Conveyance to the personnel involved in the Spot Valuation, Contingency Expenditure and other miscellaneous expenditure

4.
