ORDER
All the Mandal Educational Officers and Head Masters of High Schools are informed that the Inspector General of Police, Telangana, Hyderabad has issued antecedents reports of the teachers shown in the annexure appended to these proceedings Therefore, the Heads of the institutions concerned are requested to see that the individuals should attend the Olo, the GHS Puranipet Jagtial or depute responsible person on the following dates for verification of service particulars. 1) SL.No. 0 to 50 2) SL No. 5 to 100 -(50) Candidates 3) SL No. 101 to 0.156(56) Candidates (50) Candidates 24.09.2018 25.09.2018 26.09.2018 Further, the Mandal Educational Officers Headmasters are requested to instruct the individuals shown in the annexure to attend the O/o. the GHS Puranipet Jagtial on the above dates or depute responsible person with the following documents. 1) Proforma-1 (Regularization of Services) 2) Proforma- II (Decl 3) No allegat 4) Service satisfactory certificate 5) Non availment of EOL certificates 6) Appointment order copy 7) Original service register 8) Check list 9) Qualification certificates of Probation) ions /No disciplinary cases pending certificate The receipt of these proceedings should be acknowledged.
