ORDER

                       The attention of the District Educational Officers in the State is invitecd that, vide reference 2d read above, the work of auditing of Accounts under RMSA is entrusted to M/s CVS Balachandra Rao & Co, Chartered Accountant Hyderabad for the Financial year 2017-18 at Schools/District/ State level as per norms prescribed by the GOI, MHRD, New Del dates was also communicated and audit was there are 625) pending schools and 13) audit was not completed (list of schools & DEO offices are enclosed. detailcd Schedule of As on the date sti!l tOffices of DEO's for which Keeping in view of merger of RMSA into SSA , 100 % Audit is required and unspent balances need to be transferred to the concerned SSA Account at School /DPO levels. Therefore, the DEO's are once again requested to issue necessary instructions to all the Head Masters of their districts to attend and complete the Audit as per Schedule along with relevant records und registers before the Audit team at State Office (Scheduled of dates enclosed. Action must be initiated against Headmasters who fail to attend Audit at State Office, as per rules. The salaries of those Headmasters who fail to attend Audit shall be stopped, for the month of August-2018 (payable on 1 September, 2018) This may be treated as MOST URGENT
