The Principals of above Model Schools will act as oordinators and they should contact the Principals of Model Schools in their Districts one week in advance and make necessary arrangements for participants stay at their school(i.e Venue Model School) and make necessary food arrangements. Further, they have to contact District Officials to make all other arrangements i.e Drinking water, Medical facilities, Safety and Security and other necessary things to the participants.
