ORDER

                   The attention of all the Departments of the Andhra Pradesh Telangana Secretariat is invited to the reference 1st cited, wherein Guidelines on interstate transfers between the states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana and vice-versa on spouse and mutual grounds have been issued prescribing detailed procedure and also specifying the conditions for considering them by giving time of one month from the date of the issue of the Guidelines for application by the candidates and preferably two months time for processing the same by the concerned administrative Departments. Further, in the reference 2 cited the above time limit has been extended til 30.6.2018.

           2. In the reference 3d cited, orders were issued constituting a Committee to look into the issue regarding the Para 6(k) of the guidelines issued in reference 1 cited (i.e) in respect of Teachers interstate transfers are permissible only between the same management and same category subject (in case of mutual transfers) in hoth the State Governments with Principal Secretaries to Gov, Education (SR) of both the States and Pri. Secretary to Govt. (SR), Government of Andhra Pradesh as the Convener to examine the matter and to arrive at a consensus. The Committee may also give recommendations, if any, for fine tuning of mutually agreed inter-state transfers policy and inter-state deputation policy

            3. The above said Committee has met on 05.07.2018 and recommended, inter- alia for the extension of time limit till 31.12.2018 since the issue is under examination.

          4. Therefore, Government after careful examination and consideration of the matter in consultation with Government of Telangana here by further extend the time limit prescribed in the Circular Memo.No.9940/ SPF & MC 2015-4 dt: 30.1.2018 issued by both the Governments of Andhra Pradesh & Telangana for receipt of applications and disposal of the same for interstate transfer of Govt. employees between the states of Andhra Pradesh & Telangana up-to 31.12.2018.

           5. All the Departments of Andhra Pradesh /Telangana to take further necessary action accordingly Secretariat are requested
