      School Education- Ban of usage of Cell Phone in School premises and other instructions Issued.

ORDER

         All the Mandal Educational Officers and Head Masters in the district are hereby instructed to follow the instructions scrupulously without any deviation.

1. Cell Phone should not be used in the School premises. If anything is brought to the notice, serious action will be initiated. The Headmaster will be held

2 School premises must be maintained always clean.

3. Ensure drinking water area should be clean and tidy

4. Maintain MDM Utensils should be cleaned properly and daily. Kitchen shed and the place where meals are served should be clean and tidy

5. Dysfunctional toilets should be repaired and brought to functional mode, and accessible to students to use.

6. Do not use dilapidated condition rooms use good condition rooms only

7. Information regarding dilapidated condition rooms / buildings should be submitted to the undersigned within two days. Do not park vehicles in verandas & instructed to keep vehicles beside compound wall.

8. The above instructions should be follow scrupulously otherwise necessary action will be taken on the defaulters.
