ORDER

                 The attention of all the RJDSEs and District Educational Officers in the State are invited to the references read above and they are instructed to ensure that minimum regular teachers should be available in every school to ensure smooth functioning of the schools. Accordingly, they should depute atleast one regular Teacher in Primary School, atleast Two regular Teachers in Upper Primary Schools and atleast Three regular Teachers in High Schools. Further, they are instructed to make necessary arrangements with immediate effect and depute the teachers temporarily from Zero enrolment schools, less enrolment schools of the same Mandal /adjacent Mandal /nearby Mandals to the schools left without teachers. Even after the above exercise, the teachers are not available to adjust in said schools, then teachers transferred from said schools should be given deputation on temporary basis, till alternative arrangements are made. They are instructed to complete this exercise by 18-07-2018 Thereafter, they are instructed to revise the school wise requirement of Vidya Volunteers and entire process shall be completed by 19-07-2018 This item of work should be treated as
