           All the District Educational Officers and the Regional Joint Director of School Education are hereby informed that the Government have issued rules regarding Transfer counselling & postings 2018 of Headmasters Gr. II (Gazetted) and Teachers in the reference 2nd read above and a copy of the same is herewith communicated for taking necessary action in the matter. This reference should be treated as MOST URGENT
