ORDER

              The attention of all the Regional Joint Director of School Education and all District Educational Officers in the State are invited to the references read above and during the Video Conference held on 07-06-2018, certain District Educational Officers has sought certain clarifications in respect of conducting the Teachers Transfers counselling. Accordingly, the following points were clarified

         (A) As per the G.O Ms No.16 SE Dept., dated.06-06-2018, Rule 5 (1) (a) & (b) Head Masters Teachers who have completed (5) (8) years of service as the case may be, in a particular school as on 31 May 2018, shall be compulsorily transferred. Hence, it is clarified that entire service in the school prior to bifurcation or upgradation shall be counted for this purpose

           (B) Instructions were issued by C&DSE to all concerned Collectors to setup temporary Medical Board or to deploy Medical Experts in concerned Districts for verification of Medical / PHC certificates submitted by the Teachers HMs for claim of Preference under deceased or PHC category, as the case may be. Therefore, the DEOs are instructed to followup with the concerned Collector or Medical officials immediately and ensure that the Medical Board is constituted or Medical Experts are deployed at concerned Districts and also ensure that same shall be function/work even on holidays, so as to enable the Teachers/HMs to submit their application forms, within the stipulated time This reference should be treated as MOST IMPORTANT
