ORDER

              The attention of all the District Educational Officers & EO-DPOs, SSA in the State is invited to the subject cited They are informed that the identified Agency/Supplier (MAA YARN AND FIBERS) shall supply Health & Hygiene Kits for distribution to the Girls as mentioned below during 2018-19
i) Girls in all the KGBVs (Classes VI to X).
ii) Girls in all the Model Schools (up to XII). i) Girls in Girls Hostels attached to Model Schools. v) Girls studying in Classes VII to X in Government, Local body, Aided Schools. Girls in TS Residential Schools (Classes VI to XII). v) The identified Agency/Supplier shall supply the Material during 2018-19 in four quarters ( Quarter in June, 2018, 2d Quarter in September, 2018, 3d Quarter in December, 2018 and 4 Quarter in March, 2019) as per Schedule In the context of above, they are informed that the Agency/Supplier shall supply the indented material at Mandal point. The concerned AE of TSEWIDC and MEO are joint custodians to receive the Material from the Agency at Mandal Level with due verification w.r.t. quantity and quality. They have to take up random verification whether the (13) items are there in each Kit and Hand Wash as per indented brands and quality After completion of verification, they may issue acknowledgement/delivery challan to the Agency/Supplier. The guidelines for distribution of Kits to the Schools will be issued Therefore, the DEOs are requested to issue necessary instructions to the MEOs to receive the material as per the above guidelines.
