              Attention of he Project Officers/DD(TW)/District Tribal Development Officers is invited to the references cited In the reference 3rd cited, certain guidelines have been issued regarding transfer and postings by counseling to the post of Head Masters Gr-ll and Teachers in TW Ashram Schools, Tribal Welfare Primary Schools (GPS) in Tribal Welfare Dept. and also issued Schedule for the year 2018 In view of the above, in continuation to the Circular already issued certain modifications have been made in the Schedule and it is informed to take up the transfer counseling manually & the draft transfer application form is also enclosed to this circular All the Project Officers/DD(TW)/DTDOs are herewith requested to take appropriation action immediately (Dr.E.Naveen Nicholas) Joint Director (Admn)
