ORDER

             The Government, as a part of its initiatives under Comprehensive Financial Management System (CFMS), have launched the Budget, Receipts and Expenditure modules in different phases beginning with the budget applicatians for the financial year 2017-18. Receipts and the expenditure modules have been launched on 27 February, 2018 and 2d April, 2018 respectively and they are fully functional for usage by al the user departments. The budget distribution process as per the orders issued in the G.O., under the 3 reference cited, is in progress and the application has facilitated a seamless process flow down to the Drawing and Disbursing Officers. Whereas, the usage of the expenditure application, consisting of both General and the Personal Deposit accounts expenditure, is gaining momentum. The Andhra Pradesh Centre for Financial Systems and Services APCFSS), the nodal agency for CFMS implementation, is facilitating the user departments in conducting the transactions, Information on usage of the applications is made available in the form of demos, practice sessions and user manuals as placed in the CFMS website for guidance.

         It is brought to the notice of the Gowernment, that some of the user departments are yet to take required initiatives to make use of the application in carrying aut the transactions through this new system and it, one way, delayed the service deliveries, causing hardships individually and institutionally.

          It is also brought to the notice, that some personal claims like ZPPF related, GPF related payments, are pending for a long time and the respective agencies have not initiated action to clear them and as result of which the subscribers are facing difficulty.
