ORDER

          The attention of all the RJDSEs and DEos in the State is invited to the reference read above, due to hot weather conditions, SA-ll exam for class VIII scheduled on o9.04.2018 afternoon session is rescheduled to morning session i.e. 10.00 AM to 12.45 PM. The exam for classes VI to IX on 09.04.2018 will be completed in the morning session only. 1. Summative Assessment (SA)ll from 02.04.2018 to o7.04.2018: No change in timings 2. Revised timings of SA-II to be held on o9.04.2018: Subject Revised timings imings No exam Class I to V Class VI and VII General Science 10.00 AM to 12.45 PM 10.00 AM to 12.45 PM Third Language Class VIII 02.00 PM to 04.45 PM 10.00 AM to 12.45 PM (English) Second Language Class IX 10.00 AM to 12.45 PM 10.00 AM to 12.45 PM (Hindi Telugu) Therefore, all the DEOs are instructed to conduct class VII exam on 09.04.2018 IThird Language (English) in the morning session i.e. from 10.00 AM to 12.45 PM so that all the exams from class VI to Ix will be completed in the morning session only, duly making necessary seating arrangements.
