                The attention of all the Principals of APSWR Institutions and District Coordinators is invited to the subject cited. The Chief Executive officer, Dr. NTR Vaidyaseva Trust. Guntur has informed that all the employees and pensioners of State Government have to enrol in the official website of EHS for generation of Health Cards to avail cashless treatment in empanelled network hospitals of NTRvs Trust. Therefore, he has requested to provide the particulars of employees and pensioners of APSWREI Society in the proforma prescribed. Therefore, all the District Coordinators are hereby requested to obtain the information of Regular Employees and Pensioners in the proformas enclosed herewith as Annexure-A and B in Excel format from all the institutions in their district and send the consolidated information to the Society Head office in soft copy by 13.04.2018- 11.00 AM to the mail id apima m so as to furnish the information to Dr. NTR vaidyaseva Trust for taking necessary further action.
